Upon arrival customer informed me that the dual kitchen sink was leaking. Previously on 3/28 on replaced a basket strainer and the piping to the dual sink. Customer wanted to be as cost efficient as possible so he ended up replacing only one strainer. Owner relayed to me that he didn’t even know it was a double sink. I replaced strainer with Wolverine brass. Drop tested for leaks. No leaks. Customer has John the plumber bill his company. Will late office handle payment
Installed minor rebuild today and tested it, no leaks were observed. We will be back when parts come in for the rest of the work which is installing the bidet. Also repaired the master bathroom toilet as a courtesy. No other recommendations at this time.
On arrival the customer showed us the toilet that had the minor rebuild done and explained that the toilet was periodically filling the tank up. We went ahead and dropped dye tabs in the tank and waited 10 minutes and there was dye in the toilet bowl. We wrote an estimate for a major rebuild without a fill valve and deducted some since we weren’t doing the fill valve. We tested everything for functionality and leaks and everything was working as should with no leaks. Replace flush valve in existing Kohler Wellworth toilet. Note:minor rebuilt was done previously however flush valve was not replaced and water was running into bowl after completing a dye tab test.
Upon customer request, this invoice is to provide and install two hose bibs in washer room to match existing hose bibs in washer room. These hose bibs will serve as the hot and cold wash washer connections on exposed piping. The plumber offers a one year hassle free warranty on all parts and labor at no extra cost to customer. Customer verified everything is in proper working condition and no leaks.

Upon arrival, customer showed me kitchen faucet that was stopped up Gave customer option to clear stoppage and install new P-trap Customer agreed at this time everything is installed and stoppage is clear Customer has one year warranty on P-trap no warranty on stoppages
Upon arrival to the location, I met with Ryan who showed us inside and he explained they don’t own the place but will be responsible for payments. He began explaining what’s going on with the sink. He explained he’s having some issues where it leaks after running water for a few seconds and the water starts to back up into the drain. He also has an old water heater that’s on its last legs. He’s having roaches around the heater and under kitchen sink, he had exterminators come out and they told him it could be from cracked pipes in the sewage. I told him that could be but, all his traps in the home are holding water, and he’s gotten toilets re-set, I advised him they are around those areas due to the moisture. Moreover, Ryan main concern for today was to get the kitchen from not leaking and then they Will discuss the water heater options with the homeowner. I asked if I could call them, he stated not today, he for sure knows they won’t be available. Furthermore, I got Ryan some options
This option includes the following New supply and install of steibel eltron 24 tempra plus heater Peace of mind warranty New hot water supply line emergency shut off ball valve No permit needed Customer called because his tankless water heater was having problems on arrival we diagnosed that the heater was a steibel eltron tempra 20 from 2007 and not able to be serviced. We provided an estimate to replace the existing unit with the same brand and install a new hot supply emergency shut off valve. We noticed that the customers existing wiring was rated for a 24kw unit with 2 50 amp double pole breakers acceptable configuration for the steibel eltron tempra 24 plus that was installed. After completion we tested for leaks none were found and payment was completed.
Per video see leaking from tub spout will need to cut copper pipe and re-solder a male adapter into shower valve. Cut old half inch copper pipe took out male adapter replace new male adapter pro pass half inch with a coupling grand test water for 10 minutes no leaks fully functional. Took a picture of heater noticed there’s a couple things not at the code on the heater if customer looks to sell location and it’s a old heater.
Customer thought he had a leak at the base of the toilet . After inspection of the toilet no visible leaks or water was found . Customer just had whole house renovated along with all the plumbing replaced with pvc . After customer showed me the pictures of the flange and work I could not see any issues with the work or anything that would potentially cause a leak . I did recommend to the customer he have the gate valve replaced with a ball valve or a whole home filtration system installed which a ball valve would be installed with. See estimates
Installed Rheem 80 gallon Triton power vent water heater. Replaced 1 1/2 hot and cold shut off valves and repiped 1 1/2 tee location. Flushed out hot water return line to bleed out air from the system. Advised customer that we need set a day to flush tank and call Rheem to go over any error codes for the water heater on the left side.
Upon arrival I was shown to the bathroom where the shower pan and cartridge was done. I had to finish the job by putting on the new trim. After installation, I made sure everything was tight and leak free. I then tested to make sure the cartridge was mixing the water properly at the points they were to be mixed and it’s operating well
Job details: On arrival talked with the customer to open bath to flush the water out of the system so we could get started. Once the water was out of the system we started to assemble the water filtration system and mock up our pipes, valve, hose bib, and transitions. After the water filtration system was installed we put mounting brackets to keep the whole system stable. At the end we turned the water on and checked for leaks and that the water filtration system was working properly with correct pressure. Everything was working as should with zero leaks. Customer was not getting water to the fridge customer said the line behind the wall that was capped off and abandoned was the line for the fridge. So after removing dishwasher and exposing 1/2 inch cpvc I was able to cut and tap off the cold line with a t and feed water to the fridge line. Also installed a studor vent on the island kitchen drain to vent properly. Checked all work for leaks and function.
